The Doerr Institute for New Leaders enjoyed partnering with theĀ Asia Society Texas CenterĀ for their annual Young Leaders Institute this summer. Our team members Sarah Sullivan, department coordinator, and Tom Kolditz, director, spoke with Houston-area students about how to build a personal leader development plan and how to write leader intent statements, which empower others to take initiative rather than creating a prescriptive plan.
