Tom Kolditz, director of the Doerr Institute, traveled to New York this weekend to speak to Executive MBA students from Peking University, one of the top universities in China.
Focusing his talk on leader development, Kolditz spoke to the students about crisis leadership, highlighted specific ways they can become better leaders, and shared our university-wide approach to leader development at Rice University.
